The three-room apartment is located in a small villa with a large, fully fenced outdoor area, in which there are barbecue and wood-burning oven, covered parking space, automatic gate. On the upper floor reside the owners.
The vacation house is cozy and finished. The entrance is into a large living room with sitting area and TV. On the living room opens the well-equipped kitchen . A corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms with shower.
The house has a large veranda with sea view furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and armchairs.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 7 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared hot tub available from May to September with non-heatable water (only ambient temperature).
