The one-bedroom apartments for rent are in a recently-built complex in Casalabate, in a quiet area only 30 meters away from the sea and 150 meters away from the city centre with services.
In Casalabate there are the main services such as cafè, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, supermarket, shops and playground, a small harbor and a picturesque weekly market every Sunday.
The long beaches with high dunes,
scented by Mediterranean scrub, are partly free, but there are some
beach establishments such as Sun Beach and Lido Exotic. The sea is crystal clear and the beaches are soft and enriched by seashells.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
