Casa Savina is introduced by a lovely veranda shaded with curtains and furnished with table and chairs.

The entrance is into the living room furnished with table and chairs, 2 single sofa beds and TV. From here one goes to the kitchen. Completing the house are 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.

The surroundings of Casa Savina in Porto Cesareo

Casa Savina is in the built-up area of Porto Cesareo. From the veranda you can see both the corso with stores and the sea, which is a 2-minute walk away.

Restaurants, supermarkets, and an interesting sea museum are just 100 meters from the house.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
