Villetta Mamapace is a small villa with garden for rent in the area of Punta Prosciutto, the stretch of coastline where the most beautiful beaches of the Porto Cesareo coastline extend.

The entrance is into the living room furnished with a sofa and fireplace. Next to it, there is the eat-in kitchen.
The sleeping area is preceded by a hallway with air conditioning that cools the rooms. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 quadruple with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.
The outdoor area is enhanced by a veranda shaded by a canopy, equipped with a brick barbecue and a practical heated shower.

Villetta Mamapace is located in a quiet residential area, in the countryside, in the locality of Corti Veteri just behind Punta Prosciutto, where the most beautiful beaches of the Porto Cesareo coastline are.
The vacation villa is only 3 km from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto. The nearest center is Torre Lapillo, just 6 km away. Also very close is the resort of Torre Colimena, only 7 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
