The interior consists of kitchenette, dining room, 2 bedrooms , one double and one triple, 1 shower room. Outside there is a small laundry room.

Villetta Giovy is located just 150 meters from the free beach of Torre Lapillo and a short walk from the center, full of commercial activities, to the pedestrian area where it`s pleasant to walk in the evening, find fresh fruits and vegetables at the local market every morning.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
