The first cone of the trulli is a beautiful living room with table and chairs for dining. Beyond two pretty stone arches is the well-equipped openkitchenette .
The second cone of the trulli houses the living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area is the newest part of the structure, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. The trullo is completed by 1 shower room.

The Trulli Spiga d`Orzo are located in the countryside of Martina Franca, in Valle d`Itria, on the southern edge of the Murge. The landscape is green, rich in Mediterranean vegetation with olive groves and vineyards, and dotted with trulli.
The center of Martina Franca is not far from the property. The oldest part of the town is a true Baroque jewel of the Valle d`Itria: squares, palaces and churches, as well as characteristic little houses, form an historic center worth discovering and experiencing.
Other quality tourism destinations are also very close by: these include Alberobello, a Unesco World Heritage Site, Locorotondo, Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
